The Designers

The two fast tracked displays have been styled by two leading interior designers, Tonie Robertson of Robertson’s Design and Lee Accatino of Accatino Creative. The Brisbane-based interior designers were inspired by the heritage elements, such as the brick base of Ascot House which visually connects with the masonry and palette of existing heritage buildings on the Ascot Green site, which is complimented by the green open outlook over the racetrack.

The two-bedroom and three-bedroom display apartments showcase the development’s expansive floorplans, panoramic views across the iconic racecourse and quality of finish characteristic of a Mirvac apartment.

“The brief from Mirvac was refreshingly simple and in line with the needs of future buyers – apartments with a transitional tone that are both aspirational and stylish.

We took a lot of inspiration from the classic Ralph Lauren style of Maddison Avenue apartments, and also looked to encompass the eclectic feeling of the surrounding heritage space. Delivering strongly on space and ample storage options were crucial too.”

“The two-bedroom, two-bathroom display apartment creates an elegant living space that reflects a balance of the development’s modern architectural design and the traditional heritage of the Ascot suburb.

“The furniture and styling elements have been carefully selected to craft an interior that responds to its surroundings, and appeals to the refined taste of the buyer.”
