Take a closer look at Tulloch House kitchens

The vision for Ascot Green is to provide timeless elegance, inspired by the romance of equine racing, together with Mirvac's signature approach to interior design and apartment planning.

We talk to Hayley Sainsbury, the interior designer behind Ascot House and Tulloch House, about the inspiration for the kitchens at Ascot Green.

How would you describe Ascot Green in one sentence?

Understated luxury at its best.

What are some of the standout features of the Ascot Green kitchens in particular?

We aimed to create spaces that have refined considered detailing. The bespoke joinery, clean lines and specialist integrated lighting work together to provide an understated yet elegant design. The apartments feature brand-name appliances, custom-designed joinery and beautiful hardware.

A lot of thought has also gone into ensuring the Ascot Green kitchens are extremely functional as well as beautiful. For example, overhead cupboards extend to ceiling height to maximise storage and kitchen splashbacks are seamless for ease of cleaning.

How important was place when it came to design aspects?

Located right on the famous racetrack, we’ve chosen two equine-inspired neutral palettes. At Tulloch House these are named Camargue and Lusitano. These were specifically chosen to reflect individual personal taste with the choice of a light or a dark colour scheme. The Camargue (light) scheme reflects a classic, elegant and timeless look whilst the Lusitano (dark) scheme was designed to provide a contemporary and contrasting palette. Buyers are then able to add their own touches from a range of optional upgrades available.
