What is Ascot Green?
Ascot Green is a unique residential masterplan located within the Eagle Farm Racecourse in Ascot. The first residential tower, Ascot House, is now complete.
What are the body corporate fees for Ascot House?
Each apartment is different, the Body Corporate fees vary and start from approximately $71 per week. The Body Corporate fees are in the disclosure document alongside the contract of sale.
Are there onsite managers?
Yes. The building has an onsite manager who lives and works in Ascot House. The manager’s office is located on-site in the ground floor lobby. The office is occupied during business hours with an after hours contact phone for emergencies.
Can the building manager manage my investment property?
Yes, the Building Manager has an exclusive agreement to manage on-site letting in the building. This offers security and peace of mind on your investment, taking a personal interest in the quality of tenant.

What type of car parking is there?
Car parking is provided in the basement. Apartments each have allocated car parking spaces. Please refer to contract plans for full details. Car parking spaces suitable for persons with disabilities are also provided as well as a number of allocated visitor spaces.
What security measures have been included within the development?
Access to Ascot House and each apartment level is secure. Once apartment owners grant access to visitors from the apartment intercom, a lift will be called and will be programmed to travel to the floor level of the apartment being visited only. Access to the residential car parking in the basement will be via a security roller door.
Are there common facilities within Ascot House?
Rooftop Recreation Deck
Residents of Ascot House have exclusive access to the 800m2 rooftop recreation deck which offers panoramic views over the racetrack and back to the Brisbane CBD.
The roof top recreational area includes an expansive landscaped deck with distinct casual seating, and dining areas, as well as BBQ and food preparation facilities.
Level 1 pool deck
A swimming pool with casual seating and lush landscaping is located on level 1 between Ascot House and Tulloch House. This pool is for the shared enjoyment of the residents of Ascot House and Tulloch House.
A fully equipped gym will also be delivered within Level 1 of Tulloch House.
