What is Ascot Green?

Ascot Green is a unique residential masterplan located within the Eagle Farm Racecourse in Ascot. The first residential tower, Ascot House, is now complete. The second residential tower, Tulloch House, is now selling off the plan.

Are there onsite managers at Ascot Green?

Yes. Ascot Green has an onsite manager who lives and works in Ascot House. The manager’s office is located on-site in the ground floor lobby. The office is occupied during business hours with an after hours contact phone for emergencies.  

Can the building manager manage my investment property at Ascot Green?

Yes, the Building Manager has an exclusive agreement to manage on-site letting in Ascot House and the future Tulloch House.  This offers security and peace of mind on your investment, taking a personal interest in the quality of tenant.

What security measures have been included within Ascot Green?

Access to the lobby and each apartment level is secure. Once apartment owners grant access to visitors from the apartment intercom, a lift will be called and will be programmed to travel to the floor level of the apartment being visited only. Access to the residential car parking in the basement will be via a security roller door.

How much can an apartment be customised off the plan?

Apartments in Tulloch House can be customised through a selection of colour schemes, appliances, flooring, lighting and fixtures upgrades; through to apartment amalgamations, which need to work within existing structural design and building fabric.

What is the process for amalgamating apartments?

If you wish to amalgamate apartments in Tulloch House please contact an Ascot Green sales consultant. They will guide you through the process from the initial consultation to determine requirements, initial sketch, review processes and deposit payments.

What are the body corporate fees for Tulloch House?

Each apartment is different, the Body Corporate fees vary and start from approximately $72 per week. The Body Corporate fees are in the disclosure document alongside the contract of sale.

What type of car parking is there?

Car parking is provided in the basement. Apartments each have allocated car parking spaces. Please refer to contract plans for full details. Car parking spaces suitable for persons with disabilities are also provided as well as a number of allocated visitor spaces.

What are the sizes of the car parks?

Typically car parks are approximately 2.6m x 5.4m, however spaces vary depending on location within the basement.

Are there common facilities within Tulloch House?

Rooftop Recreation Deck
Residents of Tulloch House have exclusive access to the rooftop recreation deck which offers panoramic views over the racetrack and back to the Brisbane CBD.

The roof top recreational area includes an expansive landscaped deck with distinct casual seating, and dining areas, as well as BBQ and food preparation facilities, and a turfed lawn area. 

Level 1 pool deck
A swimming pool with casual seating and lush landscaping is located on level 1 between Ascot House and Tulloch House. This pool is for the shared enjoyment of the residents of Ascot House and Tulloch House.

Gymnasium
A fully equipped gym will also be delivered within Level 1 of Tulloch House.

Can Tulloch House residents access the Ascot House rooftop?

No, both buildings have their own dedicated rooftops.

How do residents in Ascot House access the gym in Tulloch House?

All access is through the use of a secure swipe. Ascot House residents will be able to access the gym via the pool into the Tulloch House lobby which will lead to the gym.
