A Future-Forward Focus
An oasis alongside the racecourse, this will be a unique sense of place.
Lush landscaping and preserved heritage buildings create ribbons of colour, bringing this distinctive location to life.
Great care has been taken to create a sense of place that best reflects the history of Eagle Farm Racecourse.
An opportunity to further engage and connect with the neighbourhood, Ascot Green will be an integral part of Ascot and its surrounding suburbs. As the precinct comes to life, it will offer inclusive amenities for its residents and the local community.
Public open space is woven throughout the landscape, drawing upon the site’s rich character. Taking its cue from linear park designs, it will connect the apartments, Brisbane Racing Club and the Eagle Farm Village.
A Meeting Place for Generations
It is the people that gather here who make the Eagle Farm Racecourse story so compelling. It has always been a meeting place, first for the indigenous Turrbal clan, then as a base for the US army during World War II.
The site was then known as “Camp Ascot” and filled with row after row of tents.
More recently. Racegoers stream through the gates for the carnival atmosphere while families visit to enjoy the Sunday markets.
Be a Part of Racing Heritage
This story is only just beginning. The Ascot Green residential precinct and Eagle Farm Village will provide a space for people to gather for another 150 years.
A winning combination of lifestyle, design and tradition. Ascot Green will soon become a beautiful backdrop for races at Eagle Farm Racecourse.
