    Once you have selected your apartment and you have signed your contracts, these will be countersigned by Mirvac. We will then forward one copy to our Solicitor and one copy to your nominated solicitor, conveyancer or you (if self-acting).

    You will then need to pay your $1,000 holding deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind within the statutory cooling off period.

    Don't worry if you don't have a solicitor. Your dedicated Mirvac Sales Consultant can help you source a lawyer to act on your behalf for the legal formalities and conveyancing of the property.

    When you select your apartment you may also be able to finalise colour selections and finishes options and upgrades, depending on the progress of construction on the project. Your Mirvac Sales Consultant will assist you in completing the necessary documentation. 



    You only need to pay a deposit of 10% of the contract price to secure your apartment. This is commonly paid in cash via direct debit or cheque. Your deposit will be held in a secure trust account by our Solicitor. We recommend that you speak to your bank to discuss what finance options might be suitable.


    Our Mirvac Settlement Consultants will keep you updated during the construction period with regular emails on the progress of your home. As we near completion, we will send you information such as move-in guides and fact sheets to help make your settlement as seamless as possible. 

    You will also be invited to preview your home prior to completion. This is the perfect opportunity to take measurements for window furnishings and furniture, and to confirm any finishes options included in your Contract of Sale. Once your home is completed we will invite you through one more time for a detailed final inspection. It's at this final viewing that you will receive your Home Owner's Manual filled with useful information on your new home.


    At your final inspection a checklist of any items that need rectification will be filled out and a copy given to you. These items will be actioned before you move into your new home.

Mirvac's Post Completion team will help with any questions you may have after settlement. All Mirvac properties come with a rectification period to give our purchasers peace of mind. The Settlement team will also explain the rectification process at your final apartment inspection.
