Racecourse Village

  • The Brisbane Racing Club has started construction on a new shopping centre precinct next to the Eagle Farm Racecourse.

Racecourse Village has been approved for two storeys and will be anchored by a 3,077sqm Woolworths store at the ground floor. Eleven speciality retail tenancies are also proposed at ground level, which is likely to be a mix of restaurant, retail and commercial tenancies, with seven commercial tenancies on the upper level. An outdoor dining area has also been included in the design's layout.

Racecourse Village will contain a ground-level open car park which includes a total of 297 parking spaces, and will be accessed by vehicle from Nudgee Road via two access points.

Completion of Racecourse Village is scheduled for mid-2018 when we expect the first residents to be moving in to Ascot House.
